Kate Wolfe-Lyga, LMHC has practiced as a mental health counselor in Upstate New York since 2008. Kate's experience includes family counseling and support, adoption resolution, challenging youth behaviors and adult mental health and wellness. As of more recently, Kate serves as an administrator in a college counseling setting.

Kate's professional clinical interests include (but are not limited to) working with marginalized youth, family transitions counseling, LGBTQ+ support and transitions, and parenting support.

Jessica Pagan, LMHC approaches therapy with an emphasis on empowerment, to aid an individual on their path to happiness. Her focus is helping an individual understand the roots to their emotional pain, and offering guidance in discovering methods to improve mental wellness. Jessica offers a home-based specialty service of end of life care. She also assists with developing interventions to promote effective communication skills, increase self-advocacy, and foster healthy coping techniques. Every life experience is an opportunity for growth, and Jessica believes it’s vital to maintain emotional balance while growing, in order to find peace within life’s journey.

Jessica is currently accepting new clients.

Kevin Johnson, MD will be partnering with the practice this fall to offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management services.

Dr. Johnson has a special interest in supporting people who identify as gender non-conforming and trans.
